RH Principals managed a multi-investor Fund that invested in 20 separate for-sale residential projects across the country. These projects included land development as well as single-family and multifamily homebuilding. Over four years, the Fund deployed over $100 million in capital in the form of preferred equity, bridge loans, and mezzanine loans.
