Their experience includes the management of real estate-focused funds, asset acquisitions and dispositions, ground-up development, asset repositioning and repurposing, and asset financing.
The principals have deployed a wide range of investment structures including direct 100 percent acquisitions, joint ventures, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity investments. They have worked effectively with almost all real estate asset classes including multifamily and single-family residential, office, and hospitality. Both principals have spent their entire business careers in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
